- 2 1/4 cups + 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour* (divided) (300 grams)
- 1/2 cup milk (room temperature) (120 grams)
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
*If needed add more flour but 1 tablespoon at a time. I only needed the flour amount that is written.
