- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons butter (softened)*
- ⅔ cup granulate sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons milk (2% or whole milk)
- ⅔ cup raisins**
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
*If you use unsalted butter then add ¼ teaspoon of salt.
**Soak the raisins in boiling water for 15 minutes then drain well.
