Homemade White Hot Chocolate

Warm up this season with a cup of homemade white hot chocolate. It’s sweet, creamy and a decadent festive drink that is easy to make in only a few minutes!

Ingredients
 
 

  • cups milk (2% or whole milk)
  • ounces White chocolate - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Extras for Topping

  • 1 cup cream (whole/heavy or whipping cream) at least 30% fat
  • ½ cup Mini marshmallows
  • cup Candy canes - crushed

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot stir together the milk, white chocolate and vanilla. Keep stirring on medium - low heat until the chocolate has melted.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and serve immediately topped with whipped cream, marshmallows and/ crushed candy canes if desired. Enjoy!
