Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350F (180C). Grease and flour a 9inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cheese. Add the beer and stir everything together until almost combined.
Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with the grated cheddar cheese. Bake approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the loaf comes out clean or with a few crumbs attached. Serve warm. Enjoy!

Store leftovers of the cheese beer bread at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, store in the refrigerator.This bread freezes! Cool bread completely, wrap in plastic wrap and then aluminum foil. Place in a freezer bag and store frozen for up to three to four months. Thaw in the refrigerator, warm in the microwave for a few seconds and enjoy.
