- 1 cup + 1 tablespoons all purpose flour (135 grams)
- 1 pinch salt*
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup butter (soft)
- ½ cup icing/powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
*If you use unsalted butter, then add ¼ teaspoon of salt.
The cooled cookies should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature. They will keep for up to 5 days. They can also be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks, bring them to room temperature before serving.
Store the cooled cookies in a freezer safe container or bag. They will keep for up to 2 months in the freezer. Thaw at room temperature.
