- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I use corn or sunflower oil)
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt*
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup chocolate chunk morsels or chips
*If using unsalted butter add ¼ teaspoon salt.
