- 2⅔ cups powdered/icing sugar (sifted)
- ⅔ cup + 1 ½ tablespoons butter softened
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1½-2 tablespoons cream (whole or half & half) or whole milk
- 1 pinch salt*
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
*If using unsalted butter then add ¼ teaspoon of salt.
