Whisk the dry ingredients cut in the butter.
Add the egg & strawberry puree and form a dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic and chill 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and cut out with a small round cookie cutter.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool.
Make the filling, combine the powdered sugar, puree, cream cheese & cream until smooth & thick.
Fill the cooled cookies. Enjoy!
