Quick Apple Pie Bread

Granulated Sugar Greek Yogurt Eggs Applesauce Vanilla  Vegetable Oil All Purpose Flour Baking Soda Warm Spices Salt Apples  Nuts Brown Sugar Cinnamon

Step 1

In a bowl whisk together sugar, yogurt and eggs. Add applesauce, vanilla and 6 tablespoons of oil. Stir to combine and set aside.

In another bowl stir together 1 ¾ cups of flour, baking soda, spices and salt until all the lumps are gone. Fold in chopped apples.

Step 3

Fold flour mixture into bowl of wet ingredients. Stir just until combined then spoon into your prepared pan.

Step 4

Stir together nuts, remaining 1 tablespoon, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle evenly over batter.

Step 5

Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes then remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
