No Churn Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whip together the cream and vanilla until soft peaks form. Set aside.

In another bowl add cream cheese and condensed milk and beat until smooth. Fold in the cream and add the cracker crumbs and strawberries.

Step 3

Pour the mix into a loaf pan. Sprinkle with additional graham crackers and diced strawberries. Swirl if desired.

Freeze ice cream for at least 8 hours or overnight. Serve with any additional toppings.
