In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

In another bowl, beat oil and both sugars for about 2 minutes, add the eggs and beat.

Add the shredded carrots and beat to combine. Stir in the nuts.

Add the dry ingredients and stir just to combine. Do not over mix.

Pour batter into a pan. Bake for about 40-50 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over the bread when cool.
