Step 1
Place puff pastry in a pie plate. Cover the dough with parchment paper, add weights and bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.

Remove pie from the oven, remove weights and bake an additional 2-3 minutes.

Place pieces of chocolate on the bottom of the baked crust and top with marshmallows.

Bake the pie for about 15-20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown. Let your s’more pie cool before serving.
