In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix in the white chocolate chips.

In a bowl beat together the egg, yogurt, milk, peppermint extract and oil until combined. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir just until combined.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan, bake for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 4
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top of the loaf and transfer it onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
