Ingredients

  • 9-10 ounces refrigerator dough (260 grams)

Instructions

  • Remove the Refrigerator Dough from the fridge, sprinkle the top of the dough with a little flour (1-2 tablespoons) and remove 9-10 ounces (260 grams). Then place the remaining dough in the fridge.
  • Form the dough into a ball, cover with a clean towel and let rest 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll into a flat 1/8 inch thick circle (or close to it).
  • Brush a little olive oil on a medium sized frying pan, heat the pan on medium heat. Then cook the flatbread one at a time. Turning a few times while cooking. A couple of minutes on each side should be enough. Serve warm or room temperature. Enjoy!
