Butter Icing Sugar Flour Cornstarch Salt Jam Buttercream Filling

Step 1

Beat the Butter & Sugar until creamy.

Step 2

Beat in the flour, cornstarch & salt.

Step 3

Make the cookie swirls on a prepared cookie sheet & chill.

Step 4

Bake & cool on a wire rack.

Step 5

Make the filling.

Step 6

Spread the cookies first with jam then filling.

Step 7

Top with another cookie to form a sandwich.

Step 8

Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
