All Purpose FlourCake/Pastry FlourHoney or SugarSaltButterSourdough Discard
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine the flours, sugar and salt. Cut in the butter to form crumbs.
Step 2
Add the discard and mix to combine.
Step 3
Move to a flat surface and knead to form a dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Step 4
Remove the dough from the fridge and with a rolling pin roll to a 1/8 inch thickness circle or square or cutouts. You can also use the crust and blind bake it.
