Sourdough Starter
Sugar
Salt

Butter
Milk
Hazelnut Cream Spread

Activate your sourdough starter.
Step 2
Knead the flour, starter, sugar, salt & eggs, let the dough rest.
Step 3
Add the butter a little at a time, kneading between each addition. Let the dough rest.
Step 4
Then refrigerate over night.
Step 5
Roll into a rectangle, spread with cream spread, sprinkle with nuts & chips.
Step 6
Roll up and cut down the centre, lengthwise.
Step 7
Twist to form a braid.
Step 8
Place in pan or loaf pan and let rise until doubled.
Step 9
Bake!
