Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies

All Purpose Flour Baking Soda Salt Butter  Granulated Sugar Vanilla Egg Yolk Chocolate Chips Marshmallows Dark Chocolate

Step 1

Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt then set aside.

Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolk and vanilla and combine.

Add the dry ingredients and mix, then fold in the chocolate chips. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 4

Roll dough into golf sized balls, flatten with the bottom of a glass cup and bake at 375 F for approximately 9-11 minutes or until lightly golden.

Step 5

Melt dark chocolate with butter. Dip half the marshmallow in chocolate and place the not dipped part on top of the cookie.
