Vegetable Oil Brown Sugar Egg Vanilla Extract Crushed Pineapple Pineapple Juice/ Water All Purpose Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Salt Wheat Bran Chopped Walnuts

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, brown sugar and egg. Stir in vanilla and crushed pineapple pieces with the juice.

Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, wheat bran and walnuts. Then stir everything together until just combined.

Step 3

Pour into a prepared 9 inch loaf pan and bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.

Step 4

Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes then remove onto a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into slices and serve.
