Step 1

In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer whisk together sugar, salt, yeast and ½ cup of flour.

In a small pot over the stovetop heat milk and butter to lukewarm temp.

Add the liquid mix into the dry ingredients at a low speed. Beat on a higher speed for 2 minutes, add egg and add ½ cup of flour.

Add 1 cup of flour and knead for 3-4 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Transfer dough to a floured surface, form into a ball and place dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Let the dough rise 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.

Roll the dough out into a 10×15 inch rectangle that is about ¼ inch thick.

Spread with raspberry jam and sprinkle peanut butter chips on top leaving a 1-inch border.

Roll the dough up, pinch seam together and cut into 12 pieces. Place in a baking dish, cut side up. Let rise for 30-45 minutes.

Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20-25 minutes at 375F. Remove from the oven and cool.

Step 10

In a medium bowl mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk. Beat until combined. Spread the rolls with peanut butter frosting.
