Step 1
In a bowl whisk dry ingredients. Make a well in the middle and add eggs, buttermilk, yogurt, butter, vanilla, peaches and walnuts. fold ingredients together to combine.
Step 2
Spoon batter into a loaf pan and top with chopped walnuts and cane sugar. Bake for about 55-60 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the peach bread from the oven and cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
