Step 1
In a bowl combine flours, oats, salt and baking soda.
Step 2
In a medium bowl whisk together buttermilk and molasses.
Step 3
Pour in the buttermilk mix. Use a fork to mix until almost completely combined. Transfer the dough onto a floured flat surface and knead to form a soft dough.
Step 4
Shape dough into a circle and place on baking sheet. Cut a deep cross on the top. Sprinkle seeds and bake 15 minutes. Reduce to 400F and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
