Egg Yolks Whole Egg Lemon Zest Lemon Juice Sugar Butter
In a bowl add the yolks, egg, zest, juice and sugar place over a bain marie.
Cook stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat and add the cold butter.
Stir to combine and pass through a sieve if desired.
Pour into a clean jar, let cool, grab a spoon or refrigerate!
