In a medium bowl whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, extra yolk, zest, vanilla, and sugar and beat to combine.

Add the flour mixture while mixing at low speed and then add the cream cheese, oil, lemon juice, and water. Mix until the batter is smooth.

Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes. Cool the cake in the pan for 20-25 minutes and then move it to a wire rack to cool completely.
