Italian Semolina  Bread

Step 1

In a small bowl activate the yeast and lukewarm water, then add it to the semolina flour.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients and knead to form a compact dough.

Step 3

On a lightly floured flat surface stretch and fold the dough.

Step 4

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and let rise until doubled, about 2 hours.

Step 5

Again stretch and fold the dough.

Step 6

Shape the dough and let rise 1 hour.

Step 7

Score the risen dough, brush with water and sprinkle with seeds and ...

Step 8

Bake!
