Homemade Overnight Bread
Ingredients
Water Yeast Flour Olive Oil Salt
Step 1
In the mixing bowl add water and yeast, then add half the flour and start to knead then add the remaining flour.
Step 2
Add the oil & salt & knead to form a compact dough. Cover & let rest 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the dough on a lightly floured flat surface and fold into an envelope shape repeat 3x.
Step 4
After the final fold place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl cover and refrigerate for 20-24 hours.
Step 5
Remove from the dough from the fridge, and fold again as before.
Step 6
Form into a loaf shape, cover and let rise 1-2 hours.
Step 7
Score & Bake!
