Homemade Baileys Chocolates

Dark Chocolate  Milk Chocolate  White Chocolate  Heavy Cream Baileys

Step 1

Melt chocolate in a large bowl. Coat molds with chocolate. Place mold in the freezer for 10 minutes, then fill any empty spots with more melted chocolate. Chill while making the filling.

Step 2

In a bowl, add chopped chocolate and cream, melt together and stir. Cool for 15 minutes then stir in the Baileys. Let the  mix thicken for 15-20 minutes then spoon filling into molds.

Step 3

Top the filled chocolate molds with the remaining melted chocolate. Remove excess chocolate and refrigerate until firm.

Step 4

Gently remove chocolates from the mold and drizzle with melted white chocolate!
