Frosted Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes

Guinness Stout  Butter Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Granulated Sugar Greek Yogurt Egg Vanilla Extract Cake or Pastry Flour Baking Soda

Step 1

In a bowl add butter and Guinness and place them in a pot over medium-low heat until the butter melts.

Add the cocoa powder and sugar to the bowl and whisk everything together.

In a small bowl mix together the greek yogurt, egg and vanilla.

Step 4

Add the egg mix to the Guinness mix then add flour and baking soda and whisk everything together until smooth.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the cupcake tins and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Step 6

Let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack completely before decorating them with the Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
