Milk All Purpose Flour Salt Eggs Butter Sausage Meat Pepper Oregano

Step 1

In a bowl whisk together milk, flour, salt, melted butter and eggs. Let the egg mixture rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sausage with salt, pepper and oregano. Shape into 12 balls.

Step 3

Add the sausage balls to a greased pie dish and brown in the oven for 10 minutes at 350F.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and pour the flour mix over the sausage. Return to the oven and bake 45-50 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through.
