Vanilla  Butter Cream Light Corn Syrup Granulated Sugar Salt

Step 1

In a pot add the cold butter, cream, syrup, sugar and salt. Cook over low/medium heat, stirring the entire time until it reaches the correct temperature.

When candy is ready, remove the pot from the heat and gently stir in the vanilla.

Step 3

Quickly pour the hot caramel into a square pan. Cool in the pan then cover the pan and refrigerate until firm.
