Mix graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mix into a pan and then chill it.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, vanilla and heavy cream.

Pour the cream cheese filling over the chilled crust. Add the raspberry jam and swirl it into the batter.

Bake the cheesecake for 20 minutes. Continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes if not ready or until the edges of the cheesecake are set.
