Banana Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.

In a bowl, beat the butter, sugars, and vanilla, add the egg and beat again to combine.

Beat in the mashed bananas. Alternate adding the flour mix and sour milk to the wet mix  and beat until smooth.

Pour the batter into a muffin pan and bake the cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F.

Cool the cupcakes before piping the cream cheese frosting on top.
