Flour Butter Sugar Egg Baking Powder Salt Milk

Step 1

In a large bowl add part of the flour and butter and mix to form coarse crumbs.

Step 2

Add the sugar, egg, baking powder, salt and milk mix just to combine, move to a flat surface.

Step 3

And fold just to form a compact dough.

Step 4

Pat the dough into a 1 inch thickness and cut with a round cookie cutter.

Step 5

Brush with an egg wash and bake.

Step 6

Let cool and serve!
