In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time then extract.

In a medium bowl sift together cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Whisk in the salt.

Add flour mixture alternately with the milk to the wet ingredients and beat until combined. Pour chocolate cake batter into the prepared muffin tin.
Step 4
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes. Let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes in the pan then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 5
In a bowl beat butter until light and fluffy. Add orange zest and juice and beat. Add powdered sugar ½ cup at time until consistency is reached. Decorate Cupcakes.
