Dark Chocolate  Almonds Shredded Coconut Dried Cranberries

Step 1

Chop the chocolate into small pieces.

Step 2

In a bowl melt the chocolate. Then add the remaining chocolate, stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.

Add the almonds, coconut and dried cranberries to the bowl and mix it all together.

Step 4

Pour the mix on a cookie sheet and spread it with a spatula. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
