Step 1
Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Add butter and rub it in with your fingertips until the mix resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in the sugar.

In a medium bowl add milk and eggs then beat. Add ¼ cup of the caramel sauce to the milk and combine.

Add milk mix into the flour mixture, then add the chunks of apples and mix everything together until you get a soft dough.
Step 4
Transfer dough on a floured surface and flatten it out. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out your scones.
Step 5
Place scones on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 425F or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Add a drizzle of caramel sauce before serving.
